LED Lighting Manufacturing Capabilities

LED Cable and Connector Assembly

LED Lighting calls for a wide range of electrical power and signal requirements. We have experience manufacturing cable and connector assemblies that comply with these requirements. Requirements we have experience working with include:

 

  • Range of raw cables include outdoor ratings (UL 94 and UL 746C)
  • Range of wire gauges for both power and signal
  • Rugged connectors for outdoor use


Injection Molding and Overmolding Services

Axcesor has the equipment and experience molding parts used in the LED lighting industry, including:

  • Gasket type materials to assist with ingress protection and create watertight seals for outdoor applications
  • Outdoor rated materials for chemical and corrosion resistance
  • Fire resistant materials
  • RoHS and REACH compliant materials
