[April 4, 2025 – Menomonee Falls, WI] — Axcesor proudly announces a major expansion of our injection molding capabilities to include high-performance, high-temperature engineering plastics. This upgrade enables us to support the manufacturing of parts made from some of the industry’s most advanced materials, including:
- Ultem® (PEI)
- PEEK (Polyether ether ketone)
- PPS (Polyphenylene sulfide)
- Polysulfone
- Radel®
These materials are widely used in mission-critical applications due to their exceptional heat resistance, dimensional stability, and strength under extreme conditions. With this advancement, Axcesor can now better serve our medical, electronics, and industrial manufacturing customers.

Pushing the Limits of Performance
The ability to mold these materials allows for:
- Enhanced design flexibility and miniaturization
- Long-term performance in chemically and thermally aggressive environments
- Lightweight alternatives to metal without sacrificing structural integrity
- Higher reliability for critical components
A Strategic Step Forward
“This is a significant milestone for Axcesor,” said Scott Loftus, President at Axcesor. “It not only broadens our technical offerings but also opens the door for customers who require ultra-high-performance parts that meet the most demanding standards.”
Our team has invested in specialized molding equipment and tooling, along with the in-depth technical expertise required to successfully process these challenging materials.
